Vista Investments Exhibits And Entertains At 2017 Open House Event

Vista Investments' sponsorship of the 2017 Meet The Money hotel finance conference wrapped up with an open house on May 9, 2017. The event was a huge success.

Juan Llaca, CEO, threw the event to celebrate the rewarding partnership with Meet The Money and to exhibit Vista Investments' recent achievements. Vista Investments' General Counsel & VP of Business Development, Ross Greenman, served as a panel speaker at the conference beforehand.

"Vista Investments has a great deal of information to offer about our portfolio and projects. This open house was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our contribution to hotel design and development," Llaca said.

A large-scale showcase of ongoing and completed Vista Investments projects took over the second floor of Vista Investments HQ.

Amanda Mauceri, Vice President of Construction & Design at Vista Design/Build, led guests through the presented works and fielded questions about design strategy, style, and implementation. Les Biggins, CFO of Vista Investments, rounded out the company's executive leadership presence. He shared expertise and insights with guests throughout the evening. "By hosting tonight's event, we've created an opportunity to discuss development in an in-depth, engaging format," said Mauceri.

"Our guests are in a variety of industries. They bring a mix of fresh perspectives and seasoned insight. Sharing our vital industry knowledge and exchanging ideas with all of them is very rewarding," said Biggins.

As they discussed the food for thought laid out by the Vista Investments team, guests snacked on catering from Bites & Bashes.

The Bites & Bashes bruschetta made a real splash with the crowd.

A variety of cheeses, cured meats, nuts, and fruit populated the delicious Bites & Bashes charcuterie spread.

Outside, a local band began playing crowd-pleasing covers of popular favorites as the sun went down, and kept playing all night long.

Drinks available at the outdoor bars included 'Vista & Vodka,' 'Meet The Bourbon,' and 'The Vagabond Margarita.' Vista Investments offered red and white sangrias to guests as they began their tours through HQ. Some guests took part in Vista Investments' self-designed executive whiskey bar.

At the Vagabond Inn Lounge, a selection of craft beers from various Vagabond Inn cities showcased the brand's well-established west coast roots. The most popular beer of the night proved to be the West Coast IPA from San Diego's Green Flash Brewing Company. The beer was chosen to represent the Vagabond Inn San Diego Airport in San Diego - Point Loma.

As they came in, guests enjoyed getting a look at the Nascar Michelob Ultra Series stock car sponsored by Vagabond Inn.

All in all, the evening was a huge success. The Vista Investments team looks forward to Meet The Money 2018, and to creating more interfacing opportunities as the year progresses.
