JAIME SUAREZ
VP of Human Resources

Mr. Suarez is responsible for the company’s Human Resources department. In this position, he oversees employee recruitment and retention, operational and human resource policies, compensation and benefits, risk management, training, and development, in addition to maintaining corporate culture and a safe working environment. He has over 22 years of experience working in the hospitality business and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Prior to joining Vista Investments, Mr. Suarez held accounting positions at DoubleTree Hotels and a boutique real estate investment firm in Los Angeles.

Mr. Suarez holds an MBA from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
