JUAN LLACA
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Llaca is Vista Investments’ President, Chief Executive Officer, and founder. He also is the President and CEO of Vagabond Inn and VIMCO. Prior to founding Vista Investments, Mr. Llaca was the President of Imperial Hotel Corporation since 1990, where he directed the acquisition of the Vagabond Inn chain.

Prior to that, he was a corporate tax attorney with Deloitte and Touche LLP in Madrid, Spain, as well as an International Tax Specialist with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Los Angeles

Mr. Llaca holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, where he was also awarded a Masters in Corporate and International Taxation. In 1995, he completed the Executive Financial Program at Stanford Business School in Palo Alto, California.
