PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

Renovation of this 76-room hotel in the heart of Ventura started with an upgrade to all guestrooms and bathrooms and a complete exterior beautification. Plans are currently set to continue additional exterior beautifications. They include a new elevator, a second-story fitness center, a pool and spa area, and two additional guest rooms.
