The 94-room hotel is located in the heart of Glendale at 114 W. Colorado St, just steps from Glendale’s upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment hub. The owner of the hotel, Vista Investments, began development in November 2014 and will operate the property using its in-house property management company: Vista Investments Mgmt. Co. (VIMCO).

The new-build, has a fresh and modern lobby featuring mosaic windows, wood accents and elegant high ceilings, offering guests a contemporary and vibrant welcome. The entire hotel was carefully designed to showcase views of of the city, from the majestic San Gabriel Mountains to the breathtaking skyline of Los Angeles.
