Vista Investments Management Company, or VIMCO—the hotel operations subsidiary of Vista Investments—has taken over the management of the Sea Blue Hotel, located at 1670 Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

The 1945 property is located just north of the Ocean Park neighborhood, five minutes away on foot from Ocean Front Walk and less than half a mile from the Santa Monica Pier.

Further additions to the VIMCO portfolio are anticipated as the year progresses.
